Important Order Verification Policy
Check colors and inspect all dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all product details prior to checkout. This includes—but is not limited to—color, size, dimensions, configuration, materials, and compatibility with the intended space.

Color Disclaimer
Product images are provided for reference only. Actual colors may vary due to lighting conditions, screen settings, device displays, or manufacturer dye lots. We strongly recommend reviewing physical samples (if available) or contacting our sales team for clarification before ordering.

Dimensions & Fit Responsibility
All listed dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and may have minor tolerances. Customers must measure doorways, hallways, elevators, staircases, and room space to ensure proper fit and delivery access. Failure to confirm measurements does not qualify for order cancellation, refusal, or return.

Order Finality
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Orders cannot be changed or canceled due to incorrect color selection, sizing issues, or space constraints discovered after purchase.

No Returns / No Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with color, size, dimensions, comfort, appearance, or personal preference.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

Products refused at delivery, returned without authorization, or claimed to be unwanted after purchase will not be accepted and may result in forfeiture of payment, restocking charges, return shipping fees, or disposal of the merchandise at the customer’s expense.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order is final and that no returns or exchanges will be permitted.
